OFFERING THERAPY WITH A CREATIVE SPIN

I’m a pre-licensed therapist in Wenatchee, Washington, currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Antioch University, with anticipated graduation in Summer 2027. I’m completing my clinical internship hours throughout 2026–2027, working with teens and adults in the Wenatchee Valley.

With a background in Art Therapy and Education and a decade spent as a middle and high school art educator, I’ve seen how creativity can open doors that words sometimes can’t. While conversation is one way into the work, I also draw from expressive and experiential approaches, with opportunities to engage art, creative process, and the body. These offer different pathways into reflection, expression, and connection, always as invitations, never requirements.

My therapeutic interests include grief and loss, relationships, questions of self and belonging, life transitions, and anxiety. I’m especially drawn to the liminal spaces of life, the seasons when something familiar is ending, something new hasn’t quite begun, and we’re left wondering who we are becoming. I welcome exploration of spirituality, faith, doubt, meaning, and the existential questions that often emerge in these in-between spaces.

Together, we can slow down, become curious about the stories and patterns you carry, explore how your experiences live within both mind and body, and gently follow the threads toward greater understanding, connection, and change.
